Reef Tropical Pool & Landscape is looking to hire an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team!

Reef Tropical is looking for a talented professional that wants to work for a growing and ambitious company. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to respond to any inquiries via telephone or computer. This position is vital for managers and owners of the organization to help solidify a pleasant customer experience through the buying process. This position provides fantastic experience in telecommunication and management. It is well suited for anyone with sales, customer service, marketing, communications, hospitality and management background. It is vital to have extensive knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management system. Experience with HubSpot will be highly valued. Other CRM systems includes Salesforce, ACT or the like.

Organizing and facilitating:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Handle all types of sales correspondence and reports:

  • Distribution of any sales documentation
  • Help delegate and prepare proposals, contracts and addendums on behalf of sales team
  • Preparing and editing correspondence – phone, text and email
  • Help keep / manage lists and reports on new sales / lost accounts, etc.

Schedule and attend meetings:

  • Attend regular meetings
  • Run daily meetings with managers / weekly meetings with owners
  • Take meeting notes and delegate to get things done
  • Update the team on a regular basis and keep communication flowing

Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally:

  • Providing quality customer service
  • Respond on behalf of sales managers
  • Follow up on behalf of sales managers
  • Update sales managers through email always, make sure sales managers follow through with client request
  • Help manage projects and conduct research into status of project

Skills that you must possess:

  • College degree and have experience related to the position
  • Be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
  • Have fantastic computer, customer service, communication, administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system
  • Can work with and coordinate a team
  • Be ambitious and an advocate for change to developed strategies and improve
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and present reports quantitatively

Compensation is based on experience but will start above $19 to $22 an hour. Non-Exempt / overtime provided. Medical benefits, 401k, a company cell phone and professional leeway with work related materials will be provided
